ePartner Consulting Ltd : At the heart of clinical trials document management
ePC is a Surrey based organisation who specialises in providing consultancy and support for data capture and business process management solutions for paper and electronic documents.
Our team has 20 years' experience in providing data capture systems to a wide range of organisations. We have installed document scanning and faxing solutions for industry leading companies in the medical sector such as the Pfizer, GSK, Medical Research Council and many NHS Trusts. Equally, we have provided customised systems for many non-medical, government and private, companies such as Chevron Texaco, the Royal Air Force, Amber Credit and many local government institutions. We have faced unique challenges from high volume requirements of over 120,000 forms per day through to complicated installation requirements such as our safety card system on four oil platforms in the North Sea.
As our name suggests, we believe firmly in partnership. This means that we not only have the skills and resources to provide the means to address your data capture needs, but also continue to train and support your organisation, almost as if we are part of your data processing team. Our focus on fully understanding your requirements, offering seasoned advice during the project specification stage and our technical abilities and resources to implement the solution, all combine to allow us to exceed your expectations.
ePC gained and has maintained ISO 9001 accreditation since 2005 and believe that this shows our commitment to best practice and encourages us to constantly evaluate and improve our working methods.
Our experience in office and enterprise-based scenarios is the foundation for the development of the eClinical trials form processing system for the biomedical environment. It is our understanding of specialised data capture environments and our ability to provide appropriate consultancy, hardware, software, installation, training and support that is your key to peace of mind in what is an essential part of your standard operating procedure.
